I tried to introduce myself to her, and her daughter started talking to me; and then she wordlessly grabbed her daughter and grandchildren, ushered them into the house, and shut the door on me.The second time I met her, and the first time I spoke to her, she accused me of racism three times.Periodically ever since then, like about once to twice a week, she'll send longs strings of text messages screaming at me about eternal lists of things she wants fixed, done or is upset about.Just earlier this week, she sent me another mashup of complaints at 11:09PM in which she went on and on about how cold it was in her apartment (it was warm and comfortable when I visited to do repairs last weekend) and water leaking in the basement, and in the middle squashed in 4 words stating "toilet isn't flushing properly"Well, I work a day job and was under a deadline (as I frequently am).

.• The toilet is constantly running; repair or replace the #ush mechanism for proper operation and to conserve water.2nd Floor Hallway Bathroom:• The shower diverter is not working properly; it does not activate the shower head when the valve is pulled.• Gap noted at the base of the tub "ll spout.• Cracked tile noted in the shower/tub.Half bathroom:• Slow drainage noted on the sink; recommend repair for proper drainage.DoorsThe locking mechanism on the sliding door does not work properly; repair to restore functionality and promote security.

While some things in the water bill can’t be adjusted, like the rates charged by the local government, a high water bill can be a sign of leaks in the property or outdated faucets and toilets.

My plumber just called an informed me that the toilet drain issue was caused by too much tissue being flushed at one time.

One is about $100 to fix a lock on the back door and replace a toilet seat.

I am familiar with and a fan of WC though I down own anything there (I have made offers but nothing panned out)  I know as well as anybody here there that rent control won't help overall or in the long run.  

If it doesn't pan out the way you want, keep it yourself.

I stock much of my kitchens (pots ,pans, dishes) at IKEA.

They said the HVAC unit is budget - and the drip may be due to an overflowing drip pan / excess condensation.
