Account Closed  much like commercial these deals the wheels were put into motion a few years ago.. hard to stop.. but then again when 08 hit  there were numerous big holes in the ground were high rises got started and the banks pulled out leaving 1/10th built projects.I have seen that over the years in Honolulu as well..
