You don’t need to have as suite and tie approach if you are looking for roommates who are like yourself.

If the building is larger than 4 units you are best suited to use a 3rd party. 

(Very real example: If I want to add a bedroom, breakdown a wall, or make the basement a 2nd suite?)

It is also approximately 1-mile away from Raleigh Park and Swim Center, West Sylvan Park, and Ridgewood View Park.All of the apartment units have the 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom layout.
