They didn't use my account but started charging me totally reasonable overnight mail fees, at what looks like actual cost.Escrow is a support service to sell title insurance.

It is careless not to plan for this.I would discourage against using the cashflow from other properties to support a deadbeat property.

Like you pointed out it would take all my time to oversee the project which I wouldn't mind but I would be funding most of the build my self and would have to continue my current job to be able to support that project that would be super advantageous.
