And believing that a 6 month old thread on here is somehow "most tax professionals agree," is lame.As for not needing a receipt- again, the discussion has shifted from no receipt is needed for under $75, to well, I guess travel expenses, to well, no - you better have records- i.e. credit card bills, cancelled checks, etc.Had I not taken you to task then a reader of this thread would have been left with the false impression that he could just jot down every expenditure on an index card.

If you have a tenant that is causing problems, not paying rent, etc that isn't the property class that is the landlord selection skills in my opinoin.The thing about B and A properties and higher income economy shifts affect those classes way more and those people generally downsize in tougher economic times and/or are some of the hardest hit in layoffs and company downsizing.Lastly I have a tenant in a class C-D property that has been ideal no drama what so ever, no late payments (over 5 days that is and always calls if it going to be later than the 1st).

Usually there is a question involved in these forums but maybe the point of this story is to show myself it doesn't save time or money swinging the hammer in your own deals for 1 and second probably smart to have health insurance even if you're really healthy lol..On a funny side note at 2am when I was high on morphine and muscle relaxers I guess I was explaining in detail how I would pay for all of my medical bills by acquiring enough rentals to cashflow the payments which lead to recommending BP podcast, her telling me I changed her life, and ended with her starting Richard poor dad on audio before her shift ended so at least I got to help someone see the light lol
