I think payroll and contract services can sometimes pay for the same things on different properties, dependent on whether you have someone full-time or not.

You will need to check the terms of service of each of the sites of how their auctions work to figure out what you can and can't do.

If you are still in the service you can use your VA loan to buy a duplex for example.
