It's nowhere near as easy or sugarcoated as some people make out to be.

If that park is like most parks 90% of the people that work there won't be able to afford to buy a house anywhere close to the area, and honestly probably won't be able to afford apartment rent anywhere close to there.   

With taxes many people end up paying 30, 40, or 50% of their total income in taxes.

@Barry Randall, try joining a meet up regarding real estate in Madrid or meeting other people here on the forum close to you.

I think the people responding to this got the wrong idea of what this software is.

Some people think you can just move into a rental for 2 years and all the gains will be excluded.

I would not even call Evolve a PM, but as you alluded to in the final paragraph a marketer.For 7 of our 8 years in business we were full service only, we are now doing limited service to appeal to people disillusioned with Evolve.

This entails building personal/working relationships with people successful in the field.
