I'm in sales now and sell enterprise software for my day job so I don't think finding the deal will be my problem. 

But as the person managing the different properties I could see the value of not having to balance and reconcile various checkbooks by using one account with various charts in the software.

I use my own software and it links you to airbnb, flipkey, someway and 50 other sites and it is only $100 per month they have the credit card processing and everything you need.  

Different companies of real estate are having software or apps to find the overall details of the owner of property and location of the property.

Hey-ODoes anyone know of a service / piece of software that will let you feed it a list of addresses and in return it will tell you if the property is listed on the MLS or not?
