It will take the A&E about six months to create a 50%-65% design that the GC can use to develop actual pricing.   

They are all on month-to-month contracts and I close next week on the 12th. 

I will be attending some meet-ups in my area in the next few weeks and am currently doing the mentioned search on BP for local agents.

I had one recently, took me a few weeks to get it cleared up but instantly repaired my credit.

The first had NOS sale out three years ago and a week later it was cancelled.  

I might present my rock-bottom price and if no deal is made, then that's that...maybe try to come back in a couple weeks (zero showings and 90+ DOM).

I lived there for six years and saw no appreciation or rental increases. 

I am looking to purchase a multi-unit within the next six months so I would like to shed some light on this topic before I get into something that might not be ideal for my situation.
