I am aware that NJ has a personal occupancy provision in which the landlord gives at least 2 months written notice stating that the owner would like to occupy the downstairs unit once the tenants lease expires.

I am a first-time property owner, and I just purchased a triplex; I kept the original landscaper.  

I know on the conventional/owner occ side it has, but was curious if the DSCR and non owner occ side is seeing similar things.

We deal with so many owners that want top rent, but their properties have dated kitchens or bathrooms or other issues.

Both the revenue estimate sites and my own enemy method calendar and ADR research shows this to be the case. 

Will rent back to owner at 1500/mth3.

The previous owner rezoned it or the city did but the guy in there is selling through a commercial broker.

Or is it manageable by the owner and not worth it.

They also won't allow you to list on other sites if you are listed with them.
