I have also had them where I stopped over before every showing and grabbed the dog, put it in my car and then followed the potential buyers and their agent through the house like a hawk (That's what the client wanted).

QUESTION: How do you recommend finding clients and marketing the heck out of a newly listed VR?

Im a stickler for the rules though for a few reasons....BP gives me a very public presence....Ive served on my boards grievance/ethics committee...and my broker is the chairman of the state real estate commission. 

It took a bit of clicking and google-fu to even find any info intended for groundfloor's "clients" maybe one would call them.

@Alicia CampbellIt depends, if your son is not getting a personal Benefit from your IRA contracting with the company many clients and their attorneys believe it is ok.

Our clients are for life just like your financial planner, dentist, doctor, insurance agent, attorney, etc...
