But from what I have seen, you can't really "win" a divorce proceeding unless: (1) you have a prenup; or (2) one side of the family is significantly richer than the other side and willing to burn money to just to screw the other side over (typically happens with angry in-laws with stupid amount of money).I would get the situation resolved first before going into any more business --- real estate or not.
