Do some searching and find a turnkey provider with a solid reputation and I think you'll be happy with the results.  

Although I'm sure there are some very responsible residents, sadly, the City's reputation does make what you say more probable than not.

It is a little sophisticated and you need a reputation, to impress investors.

And this company "Investor Network" was one of the winners (you can also check their website investornetworkstore.com which seems to be reputable) So now I am wondering why it is not possible to find this company in the shared link for registered companies?

I'm going to give my contractor a couple of days to clarify and/or resolve these issues, mainly because it shouldn't cost me anything and because I know he cares about his reputation and our long-term business relationship.

roof is nothing to play with. its a costly repair . make sure you go with a reputable company that's being many years in business because you need someone to back up their work. reputable companies are usually not cheaper but you sleep better when you know someone is there when you need them also they provide you with the manufacturers warranty.
