How did you find someone reliable!?

Does anybody have any reliable sources regarding the current state of US real estate markets?

But, some of my IT clients, like much of rural America, simply don't have the Internet speed or reliability to make that practical.

I appreciate the tips and am looking forward to getting somewhere where I have a reliable internet connection so I can browse the forums and listen to one or two more podcasts.

Is it more reliable to try to get in a duplex to occupy myself?

If your property is in a good neighborhood, with good reliable tenants, in a high demand area, and it's unlikely to need costly repairs......then it's way better then a "1% rule" property in a shady area that's in a state of disrepair!
