My insurance agent said that while this “hard cycle” will eventually end and rates will likely drop some at some point in the future and likely that some of the new more stringent regulations might be relaxed some but that they will definitely not drop to the point we were at last year.

Now, if the lease ends now, during the holidays, that's a pretty terrible time to market a property.  

Your everyday home buyers aren't typically looking around the holidays.  

I hope to see Montana as a major producer of food and hemp products in the future.Rural areas have a huge advantage when it comes to relaxed regulations, like no zoning for example.

I am prepping for the holidays and was wondering if y'all give presents or gift cards to your tenants for holidays (and other events), and whether you use a service to manage these gifts or if you do it by hand?

The holidays are upon us, so it might take a while before he messages me again.In the meantime, I'm considering writing a "1st warning" letter to the 1st-floor tenants so that they could get their act together as quickly as possible.

I spent ALL day Saturdays, and holidays over there doing all that I could.
