This isn't something most agents like to hear and you'll weed out those looking to make a "quick buck" or get the "easy client" because they'll stop responding. 

This way you get to build a quick relationship but then they know they can’t be super high on their pricing because they know they are competing

People here are extremely friendly and visitors are treated well, but if you plan on sticking around you best acclimate quickly and whatever you do, do NOT try to change anything.

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

Act quickly. 

If they choose to go out in the neighborhood they will quickly realize that the more houses they visit, the more candy they receive.
