In the case of an expired entity the court will sometimes allow you to serve the Dept. of Assessments and Taxation, make a serve by publication in the courthouse, etc.

On top of that, you'll have to pay estimated taxes... each quarter... bases upon what you expect to earn the upcoming year.

This past tax season I was required to start paying quarterly estimated taxes.

How to structure it, what paperwork to generate/document at the point of purchase that an underwriter is later going to want to see, etc.What I'm reading is folks jumping in with their quarter million or half million dollar cash / HML purchase, without having their ducks in a row, and then "surprise!"

But I have a couple loans that I signed with provisions for quarterly reporting of this sort and I just send it to avoid possible legal complications.
