They have several models but the best one has an automatic settin so it can be used in occupied spaces and maintain an acceptable ozone level.

Consider that painting will be $1-2 per square foot of interior space, insulation will be $1 per linear foot of batt, sheetrock will be $1 per square foot of sheetrock.

Not only will they have parties but their friends will take up parking spaces and you'll get an earful from the neigbors.

My building sits on a double lot so plenty of space for parking and a yard as well as a 2 car garage for free storage for me.

It did come in handy since I closed the company and vacated the space 6 months prior to the lease term.
