I vaguely remember on the BP Podcast some conversations about a non-binding, code-of-ethics type agreement promoting mutual respect between a new landlord and tenant -- above and beyond the lease agreement. 

I promoted him at work after everyone else passed him up.

I just spoke with a branch manager at UCBI and they will do HELOCs on single family rental properties...they treat them like second homes.  70% LTV, no closing costs, 2.75% promotional fixed rate for year 1, Prime - 0.25% after that for top tier credit, 10 year draw, penalty for closing within 3 years. 

You just need a lease and security deposit in place(in no way am I promoting fraud).

I remember back in 2003-2004 I was funding real estate activity through credit lines on my rentals, and as rates were steadily increasing on my credit lines I received all kinds of promotional credit card balance transfer 0% offers with no balance transfer fees for 12-18 months.

Been seeing a trend with folks promoting Ohio.

However, if you are still undecided because you want a website for a sales-letter to promote your product, you really do have two choices … you can create a mini website (one with less than 10 pages) and then add a blog to it in a sub-directory and market your product or service (by way of giving great tips) from your blog.
