I strongly advise that you should always have a conversation to have a mortgage professional vet you with basic information first.I could get into a great length of detail on almost everything I touched base on, but I tried my best to keep this short enough to get to the point.

I want to get started in Real Estate Investing, I have a paid off home in Arizona. looking to refinance and do the whole BRRRR Strategy BUT the problem is that i am a foreign national and refinancing my home is nearly impossible I've called close to 20 banks and private lenders and most of them dont even deal with foreign nationals and the ones that do make it nearly impossible to invest with the high points closing costs and rates. what i was thinking of doing is adding a U.S. citizen to the tiltle of my home and having a Co- Ownership Agreement in place in order to refinance thru them and gt the best rates most money and lowest closing costs

Also the information often seems outdated.Check out this article from Inman ... https://www.inman.com/2016/05/18/zillow-ceo-spence...explaining how the CEO of the company sold his home for way way less than the Zestimate.I've been at conferences where even the Zillow staff says it is the number people love to hate.For me it is a conversation starter....not one that is supposed to be accurate.
