If your development goes well it can become a system that college students and apartment dwellers would probably love.

i live in person county just north of durham. as far as what field... i havent even gotten my feet wet yet. i see all these little boxes sitting around with all the book/catalogs in them. such as the real estate book and homes and land. i get a new one every month. i am looking into the feild. im college i did take a small business class. but my major was unrelated to real estate. so i guess i am looking to start at the ground and work up.

At the end of the next year I empty the previous year folder and start over again.

Up here realtors also have to complete about 30 credits worth of college courses every year to keep there Realtors license.

I am an 18 year old college student at Mississppi State University.

They have their college classes 4 times a year.

I had it rented to kids from the college almost as soon as I finished the rehab and sold it 4 or 5 months later to an investor who wanted to hold it as a long term rental.
