First, I do not understand the reason for the original post.

I have a page on my website of all the resources I use (I own/manage 7 properties, I didn't do software till I added property 2)  I can't post the link ... the ceo host dot com - resources tab.

I submitted my last post and realized how general and vague it was after digging through and reading some other posts.

Post the city your property/idea are in and network here on who we use on the local market4.

I noticed that you do quite a number of these sort of flavors of post. 

I understand you’re new to BP (or you’d know who @Dave Foster is and why he could help you) but read your post as someone asking you for help about something you’re an expert and listen how you come off insulting, petulant, and demanding all while being unwilling to answer questions while asking for help.
