Get mad, then start looking for another place.I don't know how your offer was worded, but all they should know is what the subjects are (inspection, financing), possession/closing date and who much you are willing to pay. 

If this person/advisor also possesses strong knowledge in real estate tax and asset protection, it is huge plus.
