To add to that, many agents are uneducated and/or inexperienced when it comes to spending their marketing dollars.I have seen too many agents that will opt for buying a few calendars with a picture of them on it that looks like it was snapped at their Senior prom!

In fact that picture of me is in their little boat in front of their place across from Coronada.The people I have dealt with have all been super gracious and quick to respond.

I used pictures of the grandkids when they were 3 and 4 because that means more to me than a picture of me.

David, some of the points that I make will cause you to reflect on "the bigger picture."

You could consider putting a mantle across, then hanging a picture or mirror above to break up the expanse of stone.

I know the cashflow isn't a pretty picture, but I feel it is the right thing to do.
