How often do you have to visit the job site to ensure project is on schedule?

Just joined the site after listening to the podcast for several months. 

A change in job or family need/death would be easy to defend.Can you site a specific article and post it? 

Have you tried the rental registration page for that property on the auditor's site?

BL we drew up a document that said I had X days to perform Y repairs after closing, to put the property within the VA criteria.

If you look at the 2008-2009 downturn, it was one of the best performing asset classes so that supports it's recession resistance.

The fact that it is in foreclosure means little except that you may be in a time crunch to perform and that you are dealing with an extra sensitive situation and distressed owner/borrower.

A good broker will FaceTime on site or send video walk throughs and will help shepherd the application process through, in addition to having specific local knowledge.FYI streeteasy started charging brokers to list rental last year and so it's not complete, particularly at lower price points.

To be honest, I saw some of the text on their site and the English felt a bit broken.
