I know of a lot of investors feeling the covid pain.

Not to mention that even though you are technically licensed, you are still very inexperienced which can make it painful to try to represent yourself if you are only doing this once every few years.However if you are purchasing something on a somewhat regular basis then this can be phenomenal. 

It is a pain for landlords when they want to do a repair but the tenant wants to be there and not inconvenienced. 

Ya NT is a pain and I know of many who wont even deal with them. 

Congress has a high traffic count so that might play into it some as getting in and out of the driveway can be a pain at times.

I recommend add most pain out on a quarterly basis to keep the accounting more simple.Feel free to shoot me a message if you have any other questions about this.

It was a terrible pain to add 2 more deadbolts to the back door (as I’m not good with my hands, I ended up bidding it out.) but they were threatening to remove my tenant along with make me pay back up to 6 months of rent if it did not meet it in their time frame.

A great team is where everyone contributes their value and work towards the same goal and share the rewards, happiness, pains and the journey together.

If it's such a pain, why do people do it?

I now realize why they charge for this, it is a pain.
