Since they haven't actually applyed would we be stepping afoul of any laws if we were to just ignore them?

Ok guys trying to find some guidance my mother is moving back to Colombia and she offered her house to me for what she owes to the bank and that is 57k the house is probably worth 70, I'm tryin to figure out what would be my next step i will buying the house cash any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am completely lost on this

I had one guy tell me the last second that one of the properties he had for sale had a title company set up already and was looking for proof of funding so i stepped off it, i seem to run into this issue lately no matter what area it is, i'm looking to Wholesale in the Central, South Jersey and Philadelphia Areas, so any Thoughts, or Clarity from anybody who has ran into this issue too or am i not doing things the right way??

Be sure and get a proper inspection on that building done by a licensed inspector and accompany him/her through the inspection every step of the way. 

What is my next step to have this corrected? 

Some of them are college students and their parents will step in and pay it. 

They don't get deferment initially...and the whole step up at 5 and 7 goes the window because it doesn't apply.

Did you implement all the other required asset protection steps before upgrading to asset protection structures?

I have enough for a down-payment or 2 for potential properties and have a partial team ready.In Connecticut before I moved to CA I was a plumber for my step-father who ran a plumbing company of his own, So I have a full team of contractors that I could use for any work my properties needed.
