I'm trying to figure out a strategy on buying real estate from the seller on payments, adding value and reselling it for profit and thus, paying off the original seller.

Can I flip houses in an IRA or does it have to be buy and holds?

I would definitely buy more from them but the waiting list is frustrating and it’s hard to buy in specific areas from them as it’s based on what they have available when you hit the top of the waiting list.

Buying your first investment property is a huge deal and is no easy task.

If you are looking to buy an investment thats going to be tough unless you find a HML -hard money lender. 

Not buying/selling for others like an agent would do.Think more like get a rental or two or a short term rental to get those hours.
