So the key is be sure you are interacting with the source of the data directly.

Within each business lies tokens of valuation rendered on top of the goods and services already formulated in doing the interaction, well, a company. 

Internet interactions are somewhat limiting and people only have the information you have typed to reference and sometimes details are left out and tone is not easy to convey.

Many people want to be 15 feet from their neighbors -- they like the interaction and it makes them feel safe.You seem to assume that the bulk of the people want what YOU want.

Our interaction just started out as good conversation, and I dare say we could be called friends at this point.

They have a big social group on facebook and have lots of interactions and social plans.

Again some of these assumptions may interact or interfere with one another.

And two salesmen ship.. many try hard but have such dull personalities and no sales skills that no matter what they do they are destined to not make it in this business were at the end of the day you have to interact with others live and talk them into doing business with you...

Cities will always be popular because at our core we thrive by interacting with other people however technology will enable people to work in city jobs whilst in non city areas.
