Sam Guarnieri Lease option as a strategy for me

He has now been forced to become a landlord of that picticular home when all he wanted to do was sell it so he could invest in other homes that he could have bought very cheaply at that time .. plus his brand new home he had built ( home I'm talking about )  is no longer new since it has been lived in for the last 3-4 years ..now even though his equity has gone up nicely and he has been able to keep the down payments that he required in order to implement that option, he is still cash short and unable to continue to keep buying properties using his own money ..he does own Five homes so I'm sure if he really wanted to take a risk he could finance one or go with a hard money lender but he's a bit trigger shy now ..

I hear you on 3d tech, I would like to see implementation of micro-apartments and an official direction for adu here in columbus as well.Unfortunately I'm not too much a fan of how the smart city grant was handled in regards to transportation tech, so I don't have much faith in the city handling new ideas to address population density/growth.

One is to show certain expenses exceed a certain threshold, and the second is to claim improvement values to achieve a fair return on ivetsment. https://www.elizabethnj.org/21...I doubt that your perspective on fair and theirs is the same, but it very will could be worth it since compounded over a few years it will greatly increase your raises over the 3%...even 1% extra is a 33% larger increase than you can currently implement.
