I had a seemingly nice young lady apply for one of my rentals.

There was a lady on BP podcast a year or two ago who called 80 banks before she got a yes on a loan. 

The lady I spoke with had a British accent and stated they are located in downtown Clearwater.

The lady that works for the water company said it was canceled and the account was in a name that doesn't match the tenant's name!
