This is my first post here but have really enjoyed reading up these past few weeks. 

In my last post, we discussed home variability and how a lack of uniformity contributes to challenges in property renovations.

I know this has been discussed in other posts but they seem to be full of opinions and not many people that have actually partnered.

A few methods include: Real estate conferences (which can be costly), joining paid communities (which can really be costly), the meetups and forums posted in BiggerPockets, local events, and other online softwares that allow you to search for buyers specifically interested in your location and preferences (of which I like freipro.com the best).

Providing caution without some suggestions rendered the post meaningless.
