hi im 17 years old and im trying to wholesale with my mother but im having trouble getting motivated and running into minor problems any advice would be nice what is your favorite way to find deals and virtual wholessle and idk if this is a mentor request but im not asking for a mentor im just asking advice so please dont ban me from this site this is my first post ever

Two points here, TERMS can be virtually anything NOT just the standard list, YES that DOES mean your term could be "we will deliver unto seller a fresh home baked pie every 3rd Sunday for 3 years from date of sale", YUP that is a legal term. 

is it better to rent furniture vs buy? 

Attend as many virtual events as possibleI’ve joined a couple REIA’s and I’m considering a couple more.

Because of COVID, you man be able to find some local meetup events that are still meeting virtually which will allow you to network with local Wholesalers.

There are clothing, old pots, dishware, boxes, cages, some furniture, couches, chairs, beds, etc.

In my experience, it has been a good selling point since many young professionals are relatively transient and bring personal belongings/kitchenware with them, but will often not have full living room or dining room furniture. 

As a comparison, we can do new construction at $150 sq ft not counting all the extras you don't have to do on a reno like SAC fees, park dedication, new utility lines ect ect ect so It's worth it to us as we end up with virtually a new building. 

I realize that most of these meetings are taking place virtually now over zoom, but if anyone in the area is aware of a local group or willing to create one please contact me!
