I made a list of a dozen of the commercial agents who showed up most often on LoopNet listings.  

I been looking up stuff and they said I can still do real estate even if can’t drive.

There is a lot of pent up demand due to high rates and there is still a major lack of new supply.

My back up plan if it doesn't sell is to hang onto it and rent it out, but I don't think it should have a problem selling.What is the best way to handle this?

It is expensive to set up a property, the costs are high and you are not able receive any equity.
