My eviction attorney told me yesterday that BoA foreclosures can be tricky as the homeowner can claim the foreclosure was not done properly, thus tying it up in court for a while.Has anyone had experience with this?

I used to buy pre foreclosures for a living for many years I bought hundreds of them literally in CA OR WA.. so we did this literally every day.. you don't want to rely on an Attorney or title company. once you know the amount then you can tell if you want to waste time working on it..

I usually tell my servicer to send out a Notice of Default as soon as permissible and we start foreclosure so they know we are serious.
