the end is near"I'm on board with flower Steph, I don't waste an argument anymore, I've done enough deals with enough Realtors that I don't need to "educate" them anymore, it's their fault not mine they don't know any better. caveat, when you do find a Realtor that at least understands and does what you ask them to do, consider an informal marriage.

Or if the rate is higher when we do, we have to charge accordingly.We have secured discounts through a variety of vendors (AC Bandit, security/protection companies, etc...) and will continue to assist our clients by sharing info and knowledge to help them mitigate/diminish these types of risk exposures.

Mine is also Stove/oevn slide in combo, micro, and dishwasher.Cooktops (those that install over the countertops) are more expensive, plus you have to still buy the oven.We do not have to provide fridge in our area (except on high end homes - on a most recent one, I purchased the built-in fridge variety as it is necessary in such homes over $1M.)

Here's the situation....I have more buyers than true wholesale deals which for my buyers is 40% - 55% in a variety of markets in e.coast, mid-west (yes, they care more about the deal, than location)....other wholesalers have asked me to shop their deals to my buyers list, I am happy to do so, but I do not work for free.How can I ensure I get paid from closing?

It could use some flowers and some outside 'sprucing' up. $1600 is with Taxes(5000/year) and insurance (1200/year).Taxes do seem high, but the thing that is appealing about this place is that it is in a very nice neighborhood.
