Plus the app’s not really an app at all, but rather a web frame embed of their mobile site, which was already terrible, particularly as new features were just piled into the kitchen sink.

From the drone footage on the GRM web page it looks like development has (at best) just started, and this appears to be consistent with the single page development activity status report from GRM.

As far as starting an account goes, it sends an email to the tenant for them to fill out an online W9 form and allows you to deposit their check by photo in the web site.
