Have the attorney address having the lien released, if not already released by the court order.

Will they likely release their inventory in small numbers or all at once etc ??

Since that will extend into the garage, it got me thinking about converting the rest of the garage space into a studio apartment.

Seems like they suspected that there was or might be flood issues so they should've purchased the extended title insurance coverage, not bother you.
