Read the fine print of the warranty you choose to ensure there’s not a time period you have to wait after purchasing the warranty and if they’ll replace something that’s a) not broken just old or b) only requires parts not a replacement. 

I feel the real advantage of prefab is eliminating weather delays and bringing all construction components under one roof, literally, to ensure that deadlines and turnover dates are met, budget numbers are hit, and change orders are eliminated. 

And they may never work.But what I do see is this - PPC is expensive as hell (Houston has real players here), and SEO just takes time and you may never rank high enough to make it truly worth it.

While you could rely on this, I always tend to lean on the safe side and ensure there are legal barriers to protect my investments.
