Two universities will be opening their doors there next calendar year with a combined initial student body of 20k roughly.

I would be very interested to begin networking and communicating to people around the Pensacola and surrounding areas to see how I can get my foot in the door.

I chose to walk through door #2. 

With two universities opening doors next calendar year this is a feast.

I'll be able to rent it out for a high price too since the neighbors are in the $300k and the back door neighbor is a multi million dollar property.

You need to spend $10s of thousands if not $100s on drawings elevations civil engineers planners before you pay the plan submission fees to get in the door and they can say no or you need to make amendments that cost more $$$

I am interested in buying house that has a foreclosure notice on the door.  

A guy and his brother here in town were doing this exact same thing when the feds came knocking on their door.
