As of the 2014 taxation year, New Brunswick has the distinction of the highest combined tax rate of 46.84% on income amounts over 138.6K.BTW:  The Canadian Dollar has only slid in the past 6-8 months ... in 2013 it was running on par or greater than the USD.... now, back to Thomas' topic ...

Places like Cincinnati , Cleveland , Pittsburgh and even Detroit .Many of these cities are investing quite a bit into revitalization of their downtowns .Take a look at what has happened in Over the Rhine in Cincinnati .. it used to be one of Americans most dangerous neighborhoods and now there are tons of loft buildings selling for high amounts and tons of hipster/trendy restaurants and bars there .Once that neighborhood goes away up people usually look to the next neighborhood that is cheaper then that becomes the hip area .At least this is what i have seen happen over the years in Los Angeles .

I don't have the exact line of cases in front of me, but I recall the standard being something along the lines of "seller has a duty to disclose any condition that a reasonable person would find dangerous."

He was trying to convince me to go with his company's loan over the HELOC I guess by trying to scare me, he also kept trying to tell me how dangerous variable interest rates are (I know there is an added risk with variable rates, but I've factored it into my calculations).
