Keep in mind that they’ll have 10 years worth of stuff to move with them-(or not move maybe) -that’s what happened  to me.

i did budget 1200 a year (way under than i should maybe)  so im sure im missing stuff do to the fact im new to this. 

Ask your potential househack comrad how much stuff they are bringing into the home.

I'll bet you a round of beers that the rest of the windows in that house are not perfectly aligned with the floors or ceilings or are perfectly level and plumb or square within the opening - you just don't take notice because they are alone by themselves in the wall, finish carpenters are magical wizards who make stuff that aint right look good all day long and finally, you're just not looking for it.

Had never done anything like it before so I used mostly youtube to figure stuff out as I am very handy so just needed to watch and learn.

I think people will cut back on going to the urban areas and go to less densely populated areas if things get significantly worse.

Today most Americans live in cities or suburbs, places which are generally very densely populated.

As a realtor who specializes in this niche here in the Chicago burbs, I always refer this stuff right to my lender as this is what he does for a living.
