For instance, let's say your brick is redish, cream siding, I would probably go with a really deep brick red stain, darker than the brick on the house.

A few thoughts:-  It's *possible* that the house is worth $140K+ and hasn't sold at $118K simply because of time of year, the fact that it's an REO, being in a slow market, etc.
