I would be mortified if a tenant or one of their guests got hurt or heaven forbid a death resulted in a pool accident.Just my opinion....

This morning I read about a grandmother convicted for torturing her 8 year old grandchild to death.

Judgment creditor probably does not know about decedent's death or the open probate. 

Assessed value has nothing to do with market value and if I was the owner of this property and the county attempted to reassess my property with those new numbers, I would fight it to the death.

Make sure you cross reference the decedents residence at time of death (DE-111) with your title rep. or you can pull tax records when you scour court/probate files at the Madge Bradley bldg.

I think she lived with a friend who passed the property over to her on his death.
