Usually, the title company will require the LLC documents, but now they will show WY LLC and the WY LLC shows a registered agent for discretion.

I have rules that agree to when they book.No need for a lease on less than 30 day stay.Does a hotel ask you to sign a lease for a weekend or week stay?

I'm curious what others are doing in this area and how worried I need to be about it (e.g. should I be thinking more than increasing the umbrella).
