I am a "retired" professional poker player, I have been fortunate to do fairly well over the years in poker, but I have become disillusioned with playing the game for a living, and feel like it is time for a change. 

Be that family, church or a book club you have been a member of for 20 years.

thanks for your posts. i fortunately have been able to work with the tenant with the help of an attorney. he's moving out by feb 28th and I'm cautiously optimistic it will be peaceful and with minimal damage. thank you again. kim

I assume these are for rentals so you don't need to do to much inspection inside a quick walk through then subject to home inspection should do it.I was just in your fair city.. stayed at the Hilton Garden inn right off the free way. had dinner up at the country club...
