My last post a while ago connected me with some great people who had some great advice and wanted to reach out again. 

A lot of the conversations I had with the realtors that showed it had the same feedback, that for the PITI payment on this property, their clients could probably buy and new build and still pay the same thing (The house was situated rather close to a couple of new build communities).

To make sure it's legal, I would dive deep into the zoning/code regulations and try to connect with someone in your area who is doing something similar.

Guess I could get some connections to contractors as well/.  

As a lender I see 30 loan submissions for every one I offer to finance, and close about half of my offers.As a note buyer I see about 10 notes for everyone I offer on, and close on about 75% of my offers.  

I feel this house is on the early end of revitalization.I also reached out to the hospital to try and connect with their travel nurse housing person, as well as a rural med school that sends med students to this hospital for their yearly rotations.

Stay away from Ashcroft, Open (closed) door Capital and Cardone Capital.
