If the management company screws up and makes a claim on their own E & O policy is the language something that the E & O carrier now subrogates to and comes after you for?

PS I live here in Lake O as well and know most of the HML folks in the area. 

I realize my comments here sound 'contradictory,' but there are many ways to achieve similar results, w/o coming across as a 'sales type!'

Send a request for reimbursement for your costs to the agent/broker making note that it was her error if she doesn't want to pay, you will be submitting the claim to her E&O insurance.

We have often seen 3-5 vehicle's parked there.The cottage is 1950's vintage so the septic o/flows a couple of times during the summer & has to be pumped.

Also, most appraiser E&O insurance don't cover this situation and if they do, it may've been their (insurance co) choice to settle.There is a current case back East (I cannot remember where at the moment), where the appraiser is countersuing for defamation, after a similar bias claim.
