Hey man,Don't think I am judging here, I am trying to help.So now, from your questions it doesn't look like you have figured it all out yet.And believe me, I am a huge fan of stop sitting on your butt trying to learn everything there is to learn and take action.HOWEVER....I personally want to make sure I know exactly what I am doing before spending money on marketing.

She even goes as far as none of those room freshener plug ins or spraying of air fresheners, presumably for allergy reasons in her multi-unit.

They are few and far between and if you aren't fully plugged into the market you will have a much harder time getting them.

For my next tenant, I plan on increasing the rent and including terms of use for space heater which will state that it will need to be plugged into a watt usage monitor.

Car lifts, hvac etc. you don’t want to have to plug holes if they leave.
