Unfortunately, some choices are business decisions and you have to get over the emotions of the moment.

Back in the early days of starting my wholesaling business in 2017 and 2018, I would see these shirts every morning at the gym.

The IRS does not allow you to deduct what would have been rental income as a loss just because you are staying there, even for business purposes.

I am trying to get a loan to buy an investment property, and they have been contacting me, but I am not sure if it is worth going forward or not unless someone has already done business with them.

I already know that I want to use a property manager and I do not want to deal with tenants in any regard.

I'm assuming you would need multiple bids on your business in order to get your biz?

How much cash have you already injected into the deal including soft costs like architectural fees, permitting, etc...that you can document.
